1. Shipping Information

Processing Time: Most in-stock items ship within [3-5] business days. Custom 3D printing projects have variable lead times which will be communicated during the quoting process.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
2. Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

14-Day Returns: Standard items are eligible for a full refund or exchange if returned within 14 days of delivery.

30-Day Returns: Specific items (such as [List 30-day items here, e.g., electronics or specific gear]) are eligible for return within 30 days.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping for eligible items within the return window. Please contact us to receive a prepaid return label.
3. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

Policy: All digital downloads, STL files, and CAD designs are non-refundable.

Reasoning: Because digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be "returned," all sales for digital goods are final. If you experience a technical issue with a file, please contact us and we will ensure you receive a working version.
4. Custom Orders
Custom 3D prints created from user-provided files or custom-designed CAD work are handled on a case-by-case basis. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
5. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product so we can expedite a replacement.
