Refund Policy

1. Physical Products (14-Day Window) We offer a 14-day return policy for standard, non-custom physical items. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unused condition.

2. Digital Products (Strict No-Refund Policy) Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of STL files, CAD designs, and digital downloads are final and non-refundable. Once the download link is generated or the file is sent, the transaction is complete.

3. Custom 3D Prints Custom prints (items printed specifically for you or from your files) are generally non-refundable. However, if an item arrives with a significant manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, we will provide a replacement at no cost.

4. Shipping on Returns We offer free return shipping on eligible physical items. Please contact info@lifedealsyoulemons.com to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

5. Processing Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
