2. Intellectual Property & File Ownership

• Your Files: By uploading an STL, CAD, or other file for printing, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to that design or have obtained all necessary licenses. Life Deals You Lemons is not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from prints requested by the customer.

• Our Designs: All custom CAD work and digital files created by Life Deals You Lemons remain our intellectual property unless a formal transfer of ownership is agreed upon in writing.

3. Limitations of 3D Printing 3D printing is an additive manufacturing process. You acknowledge that minor surface imperfections (layer lines, small artifacts) are a natural part of the process and are not considered manufacturing defects.

4. Liability Life Deals You Lemons is not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from the use or misuse of our 3D printed products, particularly functional parts or cosplay props.

5. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
